Removing
the Health Hazard
Removal
of Asbestos
Our procedure for removing asbestos
starts with the preparation of the work method statement
- an 11 page document which covers your and our obligations
under the NOHSC: 2002 (2005) National Occupational Health
and Safety Commission Code of Practice for the safe
removal of Asbestos 2nd Edition.
Once the paper work is done we prepare
the site by sealing off as many areas as possible so
as to contaminate only a minimum amount of area. Our
licensed and fully trained workers are equipped with
all the necessary safety suits, masks, safety signs,
and tools to ensure work is carried out using safe work
methods.
