From July 2004 we extended our warranty
for Roof Restorations from 7 years to 10 years due to our coatings
outperforming Industry Standards. Because
we use our Product with our Tradesmen, it’s
our Responsibility (no tradesmen blaming
manufacturers or manufacturers blaming tradesmen.) We
know our product works because the founder
of Rooftop Restorations is a paint chemist
with over 38 years experience.

each as professional tradesmen and in the
roofing industry. Tony has physically done
over 1200 roofs; he actually knows what
happens and what has to be done on a roof.

You don’t pay a cent until all work
is completed and has been quality control
checked to our and YOUR satisfaction.

We will at any time happily give you a list
of over 1000 proudly restored roofs (not
just a few finished jobs) and we encourage
you to ask the owners if they would use
us again. All our display homes are at least
6 months old.

all the options for your particular roof.

Preparation
If every concrete tiled roof is cleaned
correctly there is no requirement for a
fungal wash. There is a fungicide in the
primer/sealer and top coats.
