(coated) and not exposed to drilling, sanding,
scraping (like through home renovations) or if
it’s not broken then the Asbestos may be
in a safe contained state.
Asbestos
material should be repaired, cleaned up or removed
if it is damaged, in poor condition, or could
possibly be disturbed by building works.
This will reduce the likelihood of asbestos fibres
becoming airborne and creating a health risk to
you, your family and those around you.
